These form the set of metrics that we will use to earn your satisfaction, and which we will adhere to contractually.

Of course, any creative process must be made to perfection. This is why any reasonable modification to these parameters will be addressed promptly and honestly. Additional work or unforeseen events will be dealt with professionally, and within the boundaries of our service agreement.

We endeavour to be completely transparent in our dealings. Client Satisfaction will always come first. Your project managers are always reachable, to answer any question.

Delivery
Deadlines are very serious obligations at Renaud. Every project has firm dates and times attached to it.

Material
Upon a project's completion, all materials specific to the completion of the body of work is made available to the client, at their request. Every report, spreadsheet, graphic, source video...
Billing
We offer full transparency in our billing practices. You will never have to worry about a 3 minute phone call construed as a billable hour.
